We bake everything fresh in small batches, so orders start as a request!

What happens next?
Once you submit your request, we’ll review the details and email you within 24–48 hours to confirm availability. If we can fulfil your order, you’ll receive a secure payment link. Your brownies will be baked fresh after payment is received and ready for collection in Manchester on your chosen date.

Our story
I’ve been baking brownies for over ten years, always trying to make them a little gooier, a little fudgier, and a little more comforting each time. My triple chocolate brownies became my go-to gift for everyone I love. And soon, they became my signature, a part of my personality, you could say.
The Brownie Bears was born from that love, a little dream built with my best friend and husband, who helped turn our kitchen into a cosy little bakery.
For us, brownies mean comfort, love, and home. We’re starting with one classic flavour, made from our original recipe and baked fresh to share.
